Having the latest in digital print technology, we are able to offer, short to medium volume, cost-effective high quality packaging, such as product boxes, SRPs, RRPs and presentation boxes.
DIGITAL PRINT
Our Digital print facility allows us to print direct onto the substrate, unlike traditional print methods such as Flexo or Litho lamination which utilize print plates and a series of cylinders to transfer the image onto the board or material.
Using digital print is beneficial as it means shorter runs are possible, quicker turnaround and high print quality.
We produce SRPs, RRPs, Presentation boxes, Produce Trays, Gift Boxes etc all digitally printed to 1000dpi quality onto Corrugated board, Solid Boards, Folding Box Board and Polypropylene.
CUSTOM PRESENTATION BOXES
Our design team can create for you a customised presentation box to present your products beautifully every time. They design custom inserts and platforms that both protect and present your contents. Using corrugated cardboard we can print directly to the cardboard with excellent results.
Our in-house production processes allows us to produce quantities from a one off fully printed sample to several thousands.
